KU Midwestern Music

July 6-10 junior and senior high early bird is $350, non residents; $550 for residents (dorms) website: musiccamp.ku.edu



International Institute of Young Musicians

Held all through July of each year at KU, located in Murphy Hall.
These are high level young artists. The website is www.IIYM.com  Check out the daily student recitals where you may sit in and listen at no charge!

 

Fort Hays State University

Summer camp in June for intermediate to advanced pianists

 

K State Music Camp

June 8-12 (Grades 5 - 12) non-residents $195 Resident $360 (piano camp as part of this band program??? check their website: k-state.edu/band)


Lincoln (Nebraska) Suzuki Music Camp

(about 5 days with rooms at Nebraska Wesleyan) mid-July event for all ages; it includes rep classes, masterclasses for piano, enrichment with Orff and percussion ensembles for teens; and perfomance opportunities at the end of the week. Contact is Barbara Jones;
